Neurodevelopmental assessments conducted in the field near Leon, Nicaragua
In this project, Drs. Boivin and Familiar are co-Investigators to Dr. Elizabeth Stringer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The major goals of this sub-award are to determine the short- and long-term sequelae of children in Nicaragua (Managua and Leon) with in utero ZIKV exposure with serial evaluations that include physical and neurologic exams and neurodevelopmental assessments.
